October 1, 2027. All stores with annual revenues above certain thresholds must offer a return point by this date. Getting set up early means your store is earning from day one, not scrambling to comply at launch.
Retearn owns, installs, maintains, and replaces the RVM at no cost to your store. There are no service charges, no hidden fees, and no ongoing costs. We manage the full lifecycle of the machine so you never have to think about it.
It depends on your store type and daily customer volume. A typical convenience store processing 300 daily returns earns £2,500–£3,500 per year. Use the calculator above for your estimate, or book a free assessment for your exact number.
The machine needs a 1.5m x 1.2m space (varies by model). We assess your store during setup and help optimise placement for customer flow and security, at no extra cost to you.
All maintenance is covered by Retearn. We monitor machines remotely, perform preventative maintenance, and resolve issues fast. Response time: 4 hours for critical issues. You do nothing.
Eligible small retailers (fewer than 50 employees) can receive up to £6,000 from Exchange for Change. We assess your eligibility during your consultation and handle the full application on your behalf.
